Naples Cruise Port

We've not been to southern Italy and would like to make the most of the time spent traveling from the Naples cruise port. Would you suggest Positano, Sorrento or Ravello along with a tour of Pompeii? We enjoy walking hill towns, shopping, beautiful scenery. Some of the towns we loved in the north were Portovenere, Portofino and Siena. We thought San Giamignano was very crowded and more touristy than the others. I also don't want to spend all day in a minivan on the very winding coast road. Thanks for your suggestions. We're not stuck on Pompeii, so please make suggestions. It seems most of the day tours are trying to squeeze too much into one day and when I get done I won't have gotten a feel for anyplace.
