I have done some research after getting advices from the lovely members of Fodorland.
This is how our trip would look like.
Madrid- Arrive late night. Head to the Hotel.
Day 1- Madrid- Take advantage of the whole day and go to see main attractions
Day 2- In the morning head to Sevilla by Train- Refresh, go out in the evening
Day 3- Spend one day in Sevilla- visit main attractions
Day 4- Day trip to Cordoba from sevilla
Instead of coming back to Sevilla head straight to Granada from Cordoba by bus/train whichever is quickest
Day 5 & 6- Granada- visit main attractions and the in the evening go back to Madrid.
Day 7- Flight is in the afternoon, so make the most of morning & mid-day to go to museums
Please, point out if you think some changes needed. Thanx in advance!

Madly going over what to cut down.
Our main target is Andalusia- Sevilla, Cordoba & Granada.
Here's the list of main attractions in each city. Would be glad if someone could point out and say which is near & where we should go first, begin our journey from. To make this trip pleasant, enjoyable and easy for the kids is our main priority. If we have to cut down on some attractions, we would do it.
