Mt St Michel

Jump to last reply

I thought I had carefully arranged our visit and overnight stay at Mt St Michel but once again that fickle finger of travel snafus emerged. My DH has trouble walking and we were not prepared for a rather long walk from the shuttle bus .... which seemed to drop everyone off at a midway point. Also, in the pathway there were barriers with no reasonable explanations which increased the walking distance by several blocks and over uneven terrain. We managed but it was not a welcomed introduction to the site. I noticed several "strike" bulletins which appear to complain of the shuttle bus situation and wonder how and when this might be resolved?
