We did a private tour of the Altesino Winery outside Montalcino. The daughter speaks very good English and she was very gracious. You pay only for the wine tasting which was 10 Euros per person. She left the 3 bottles on wine on the table and told us to help ourselves. The information links are as follows.

Hi
We did a great wine tour to Montalcino with Rebecca of www.tuscan-wine-tours.com.
We went to two small wineries that had excellent organic Brunellos and we had lunch in an olive oil farm. I can really recommend it.
