MONACO GRAND PRIX

Does anybody know the best view of the Monaco Grand Prix off circuit? I am looking for a place that looks out from a distance above on the whole thing. I don't want to be sitting right on the Grandstands. This way you only see the race when the cars pass you by for a split second. I want to be able to see the whole thing. (The circuit is not that long). If anybody knows the surrounding area, please let me know if there is a house or a villa that can be rented out in one of the little towns overlooking Monte Carlo. I know they exist. I am just having trouble pin pointing the name of the exact area where I need to be. I am planning my husband's birthday and this would be incredible if I could find just the right spot.
