Meeting point outside Venice Marco Polo airport?

I need to meet up with some people at Venice Marco Polo – I will be arriving by car and wish to avoid parking and entering the terminal. Thus I need a mutually agreed-upon spot at curbside outside the terminal.

Anyone who's been there recently – ideas? I imagine there are drop-off spots (which also could be pickup spots) but it's hard to figure from the airport website. I'm afraid I might select a spot accessible only to taxis or buses with clicker gate-openers, and they'd be standing there, and I'd be unable to enter.

Any intelligence would be much appreciated, with as much detail as possible (arrivals or departures level, signage to look for, how my friends can access the area from the terminal, and so on). I tried looking on Google Street View but their images don't extend to the terminal building, just a distant approach.
