Ok, I haven't stayed there yet, but I have reserved a week in the fall based on good reviews I found from others. It is available for your dates but it's in the 9th. Here's a link.

The rental agency also has good reviews. I think it was on the web site www.slowtravel.com that I read about it.
Good luck.
We really liked www.homeaway.com/vacation-rental/p149617 but it is a bit over your budget. If you do a search on that site, though, you'll see several places that meet your specifications. Would also recommend not limiting yourself to the 1-6 arrondissements, rather focusing on proximity to a good metro stop. The above place, for example, is in the 15th but it was easier to get to and from than several places we've stayed in the single digits arr's.
