We will be staying in Aix for a couple of days, flying out of Marseilles. We have a very early flight (6:30a.m.) flight. Rather than stay in Marseilles, we'd like to stay in Aix & take a shuttle or taxi to the airport. is that possible that early in the morning? Would we be able to catch a taxi that early on a sunday? thanks!
Marseilles airport from Aix en provence?

Of course it's possible. Call a taxi the night before, and make sure you're at the airport in Marseille at least an hour before your flight (it's a small airport). Aix is 25 kms from Marseille, so figure on 30-40 minutes to get there.
According to the airport's website, the first bus from Aix Bus Station to Marseille airport leaves at 4.40am (and needs 30min to the airport). So if an arrival around 5.10am is okay for your departing flight, it should work.
No clue about taxis or limo services.
Aix and downtown Marseille are at the same distance from Marseille-Provence airport, so you don't save time by staying in Marseille anyway.
thanks very much for the input - it is greatly appreciated!!
