Marseille, Aix-En Provence & Nice in 9 days

Hi. I am planning to travel with my family (all adults) within South France - Marseille, Provence[ for the lavender field] and Nice for 9 days. We will arrive Paris on 7 July and head to Birmingham on 17 July.

I have the following itinerary in mind:

7/7 hong kong arrive paris at 18:00
8/7 paris to marseille (20:35 - 21:50)
9/7 Marseille
10/7 Marseille
11/7 Marseille to Aix-En Provence
12/7 Aix-En Provence
13/7 Day trip to the lavender field (Plateau de Valensole 51min drive / Plateau d'Albion 2 hrs drive)
14/7 Aix- En Provence to Nice
15/7 Nice
16/7 Nice
17/7 Nice to Birmingham [14:15 - 15:35]

Does the above itinerary sound okay? Do you guys have any suggestions on where to visit or stay? I am also wondering if it's possible to add cannes/ monaco into the list..

Thanks :D
