greetings....we're starting to plan out our 2012 trip to Slovenia. Although March will work best for our schedule, I'm concerned it might be too cold near Lake Bled to enjoy it.
Is the weather bearable w/ a light jacket/sweater or is it better to just go a different season?
Was hoping to rent bikes and tour the town at our leisure, rent a boat (plenta) across the lake to the island, enjoy some greenery, etc. Is this doable in March?
Your guidance is much appreciated!!

Never too cold to enjoy Bled!
It will still be cold with possibility of some lingering snow falls. Doubt you will be doing much bike riding unless the sun is out but the pletnas should be going.
You will still have a great time regardless of weather. Bled is a magical place! Also check out Bohinj as well. The cable car to Vogel is fantastic!
