Maps - which ones best for city walking guides and Tuscany driving

Can you please recommend maps for the following locations:

Venice and Rome - walking guides

Tuscany - driving

We will also be goiing to Sorrento as a base for Almafi Coast, Capri, and Pompeii. We won't have a car at that point, just using the train, bus and ferry transport. Would you recommend a map for Capri ? or is it basically self-explanatory once you're there?

We'll have GPS, but I like a paper backup and especially trying to plot a course of action.
