I researched this also. In the end I contacted our hotel and they were able to make arrangements for a transfer from the airport to our hotel in Bellagio for 160 euros for four people. You could try the same with your hotel.

go sox, thanks for your response. i have a quote of 120 euros for two people that seems to be the best so far. however, i have not been able to find any reviews on their
company, milan.airports-shuttle.com do you have any knowledge of them? my hotel quoted us 160 euros also.

When we were searching for a driver www.davideguerrera.com was the most reasonable, much less expensive than those recommened by our hotel in Bellagio or those drivers based in Bellagio.. He is based in Como and is very reliable. We have used him several times and highly recommend him and his drivers.

I too used Davide, but he may not be the cheapest.

I got a quote from Davide last June of 180 euros with credit card, 165 euros with cash. I am going to Venice & Croatia this year instead but hope to get back to Bellagio in 2012.

A slightly cheaper alternative if you don't mind a shared shuttle service and the timetable works:

I haven't used this service yet, but in the past year I've seen more recommendations for it on hotel websites and Tripadvisor.com.
