I am planning to go to Mainz during weekday in August. I am wondering what ticket booth that I have to buy ticket from Frankfurt Airport to Mainz. I am so confused about ticket type. Do I have to buy from DB or RMV ticket booth? How to buy the ticket due to I can't read German instruction?
I would like to try Schweinshaxe for lunch in Mainz. Are there any restaurant serve Schweinshaxe before 10.30 AM?

It sounds confusing but relax
DB is the German railway operating trains in the whole of Germany. RMV is the local transportation provider. There are some trains which are part of both the national and the regional grid. Because of that tickets issued by both DB and RMV are valid for them.
The regional train station in Franfurt airport is in the bassement. Most vending machines sell the tickets for both RMV and DB. You can select English as an option and normally there are some people around to help with the machines (or just try to ask someone standing around). There's also an office by DB where you can buy the tickets from real persons instead of the vending machines, though you might have to wait longer.
If you go to the vending machines, just put Mainz into destination. It'll show you the next trains together with a number which will also be shown in the departure info. Pay for the ticket and get into that train.
The very worst thing that could happen is that you paid the regional tariff but entered a DB train. In that case they'll charge you the additional DB tatriff plus 5 euro. (But don't enter a regional train without any ticket at all. Checks are very infrequent there but they demand 40 euro fine if you get caught without a ticket.)
As for Schweinshaxe, it's a very heavy dish. 10.30 AM is breakfast time, so I rather doubt that you'll find a place that serves it at that time.

I have more question about Train ticket. Can I buy round trip ticket at Frankfurt Airport station? In case I can do it, does the ticket has the certain date and time on for return ticket? Just in case I miss the train can I use return train ticket in different time at the same day.
I saw from the other website said I should get off at Mainz Romisches Theater because it is closer to Mainz Center. When I look at the google map. There is the caution for walking like "This route may be missing sidewalks or pedestrian paths." Is it safe to walk from Train station to Dom? I will be alone and I plan to walk there. Any suggestion?

When you leave the station take a good look around you since it's easy to miss it on the way back. The entrance looks like an alley. I certainly would have missed it if I had walked.
I can't help with the sidewalk issue as it was raining and I was tired so I took a cab.
