Madrid Barajas now charging for luggage carts everywhere

You must have a euro coin.. then go to a machine to deposit the coin to receive another type of coin that you put into the cart handle and do not get back when you are finished.

It was quite an unexpected inconvenience for most, even the Spaniards could not figure it all out at the beginning.
