Hello all. I hope I get a response this time, no one responded the last time I asked a question. We are planning a trip to Lake Como and Switzerland first two weeks of August.
I have about 5 days left over after BO and plan to leave from Zurich back to US. What can we do? Is Lucerne too much the same as Lake Como? Or is it worth staying there for a few days and Zurich the last few days? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
lucern/lake como too much of same?

No, Lucerne is different enough from Lake Como to be included. If you prefer something different from a lakefront setting, look at Pontresina near St-Moritz.
I agree---thay are both wonderful and not the same.
Take one of the mountain excursions from Luzern
Thank you for your help. I will check out Pontresina and Lucern.
