I am checking to see if anyone happens to have any extra pictures of your Ireland trip. I have started putting ours in some collage picture frames but quickly found that I don't have enough of the countryside. I was so wrapped up on using my camcorder that I forgot to take some photos with my digital camera. I am looking for pictures, of, in, around, Dingle (town or area), Killarney, Clonakilty, or Rock of Cashel areas. I am more than happy to send funds for the film development and postage. If you can help me out, just let me know and I will send you my e address for more communication. Thanks everyone! becky

Another route to take is to find photos on Flickr.com and send a message to the 'owner' to ask if you can use in your personal album.
Thanks Travelnut, I will give it a try.

Itallian Chauffer, tarheeltravler, and jackie, thanks for your pictures! They just really make me miss our vacation even more. I hope we get to go back in a couple of years, especially since I see from all the great pictures that we missed so much.

A few more - I think I have too many posted but cannot figure out what to cut. My son and his fiancee pug sit all the time - they are going to get one as well
Buckeyeknitter;
Thank you so much for your help! I know that your son and his finacee' will love having a sweet pug. A suggestion, when the doggy is a little grown, have them start to shave it. We got this idea from some lady we happen to meet with her shaved pug. It cuts the hair mess down 90%. Becky

Tower;
I LOVE the "traffic jam"! I also feel in love with Ireland and can't wait to go back, hopefully in a couple of years. My husband's grandmother was born and raised in Dunmanway which makes him eligible for citizenship, something he is going to pursue. We have even talked about moving to Ireland in the future. Thanks for your great pictures.

pugmom:
Thank you for the comment...my Ireland pics are all scanned..pre-digital...I'm just now getting to scan all of my favorites from many countries going back to 1946..yes, 1946. We went digital in '04. It'll take time and energy...but I'll keep at it once a week or so. I admit, it is fun, and scanning with the editing process makes a fair pic a good one.

My humble offerings are here:

Jeremy; Thanks for the pictures. Your Killarney National Park lake picture is my favorite. We loved visiting that park, Muckross House and the gardens. I have a great picture of the stone bridge at the "cottage" area. My husband and I have said we would love to move to Ireland. The people are great and the landscape just beautiful; maybe one day.
Again thanks.

Stu Tower - I don't see any way to contact you on picasaweb about your photos. You have one of Dinny McMahon at the Cliffs of Moher. Any chance I might be able to use the photo on my blog (with attributions to you of course)? I have a couple of photos of Dinny myself and have only been able to find one other online. He was quite a character! The new Cliffs of Moher Center has a stone inscribed to Dinny. May he RIP.
Michele....yes, Dinny was classic old Ireland...saw him twice before he passed on to pennywhistle heaven. The news was broken to me on my 1997 visit...so sad. Please feel free to use the photo...is there anythng I have to do? That's real nice about the stone at the Center.
Please write to rozstu1@aol.com

Stu, Thank you for your generosity. I have sent you an email. I am in the info gathering stage at the moment and will post to my blog once I have it all. I am currently trying to find Dinny's obituary. I have a photo of his stone that will be posted with the article as well as a scan of the cover of his biography. You are so right...old classic Ireland at its best. He was certainly a character that deserves to be remembered.
