Looking for London hotel $225 max a night 2 adults & 12 year old

Jump to last reply

Wow, London sure is more expensive that Italy! Haven't been to the UK is a long time and I was not prepared for the high hotel prices, but looking forward to going :)

Any recommendations for hotels that will accommodate parents and one kid? A queen bed and a sofa/fold out would be fine for 3 nights. Even an apartment would be nice - but at only three nights, maybe not prudent.. ??

I was thinking of doing Priceline, but not sure what they will say if I bid on a double and show up with three people. Is there a place to check the number of people that will be in the room on Priceline? I haven't seen that.

Plenty of options on Kayak, Trip Advisor, etc - but would love to ask all of you for personal recommendations.

All recommendations welcome.
