Looking for house or Villa in Montepulciano

Do you know of any nice villa or house in Tuscany for middle September. We need two bedrooms and two baths. Looking for a well taken care of property with nice amenities.
Pool would be nice. Many thanks I have a feeling this is not going to be easy task....Hope we haven't waited too late since we have our ticket now. Thinking of spending four days in Rome, three days in Florence and
