Has anyone used this brokerage to book tours within Europe, specifically Nice/Monaco,Eze? I am not finding many private tour companies offering such and they seem to offer good value.

As I suggested on your other thread -- you might want to ask this on the Cruise forum since the company emphasizes shore excursions.
They're only an agency, using local tour operators.
They are expensive compared to sorting out a tour privately - I assume part of this is agency fees. For a one day tour from Le Havre, for instance, they appear to be twice the price of the local operators (one of which I assume is actually doing the tour).
Check on Tours by Locals - they also take a booking fee (20%) but the prices are more in line with what I would expect.
