London/Paris/Amsterdam/Frankfurt/Hamburg - Good Kitchen Supply Stores?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a really good kitchen supply store in any of the above cities (or nearby areas)? Specifically, I'm looking for a place that would carry equipment for sous-vide cooking. I know that the major department stores in London sell the SousVide Supreme (as does Amazon.co.uk), but was really hoping for a place that would carry an immersion circulator/heater, like this one:

I've struck out finding one in Copenhagen, so figured that the above cities would be easy enough for a day or weekend trip to go shopping.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

The best kitchen supply stores i've ever seen were in Lyon, France. I expect there are some in Paris, as well, but I clearly remember several in Lyon...in about a two block area not far from the theatre

Try Duikelman in the Ferdinand Bolsstraat in Amsterdam, or Oldenhof in Hilversum.

Ishouldntlurk - Thanks for the suggestions. Both those places look intriguing. Duikelman definitely has an immersion heater, but it is incredibly pricey, even compared to the Polyscience heater!

Do you know if Dehilleron or A Simon carry electrics? Their websites make them appear to be more geared toward cookware and serviceware.
