London Museums--late closing times

I'm planning a London visit for July. Do you know what museums close late or where I can find a list of opening and closing times for London museums? Thanks.

I don't know of a comprehensive list of musuem opening times, but here are links to a number of the "biggies" in London:

A warning - just because it's open late doesn't mean all the rooms will be open late

The Tate Modern, in an old power plant on the South Bank, is routinely open to late at night i believe.

There's no simple Web list.

You can go to the next 7 days' museum section at the Time Out site (www.tiny.cc/3ZoPD) where there's a multipage listing of practically all museums. Each museum's listing in this section has opening times.

Or add to KidsToLondon's list of majors:
- The Royal Academy
- British Library
- Wallace Collection

Few museums outside Kid's and my list will have extended hours. But the other few hundred in the Time Out list include loads of places whose quirkiness defines us much better than a collection of Victorian academics' ideas of the most improving old Masters.
