London for a spot of tea...

Only in London for 3 nights (second trip).

We arrive (Thursday) mid day so just plan on walking around a bit, hitting a pub for a pint/dinner, taking Ambien and going to bed!
Friday: First thing, going to the Tower to see the crown jewels; Evensong at Westminster Abby.
Saturday: open (walk around, Fortnum & Mason, Piccadilly Circus at night,
Sunday leaving by train to visit our friends in Wales

Questions and would love input:
1. Where is the best/most fun/ delicious place to go for high tea?
2. If evensong is at 5:00, I know we need to be there around 4:30ish. Wanted to do the Verger tour again because it was GREAT when we took it years ago. What time should I book that tour?
3. Ideas for our "open" Saturday???
4. Pub or fun "local" dinner ideas? (Staying in Marylebone...but happy to ride the Tube anywhere)
