Locations of apartment in Seville

Myself, my husband, and another couple will be in Seville next April . We have been researching apartments and have narrowed it down to these 3 properties. The locations on the maps shown look to be very similar. Is this correct? Is one located better than the other? Any advice? The apartments are Homeaway/ 1146871
Homeaway/ 1176099
Homeaway/ 1147015

Thank you for your help.

Hi

I think you need to post the links to these. Almost impossible to find otherwise.

I found two of your options, and they are both located close to the Cathedral and the major sights right in the famous Santa Cruz district:

Sorry about the lack of a link.....I had to have my grandson show me how to do it! Maybe this will help?

Thanks for your help. Kimhe, is close to the Cathedral and Santa Cruz district the best place to be? If so, perhaps we should change our thoughts...the 1146871 place was our first choice, but we do want a good location!

We agonized a bit about location when choosing our apartment last year. When we got to Seville we found that all of the barrios the cathedral and alcazar are very near each other and most are in easy walking distance to sights, restaurants, etc. if looks like you've picked 3 highly rated apartments, all in good locations. I would pick the apartment that appeals to you the most based amenities, etc. Reviews often point out things too such as the noise level, what's close by, etc.

The 1146871 would be my first choice too. Very close to everything, but in the much more local atmosphere Museo/Arenal area, close to the Fine Arts museum and the lovely San Lorenzo/San Vicente district. Santa Cruz is beautiful but also hordes of tourists and tourist shops.
Arenal: http://www.sevillaonline.es/english/seville/arenal.htm
San Lorenzo/San Vicente: http://www.donquijote.org/travel/gui...itinerary5.asp

The 1146871 is close to one of my favourite lunch places in Sevilla, El Cairo in Calle Reyes Católicos 13. Very popular with locals and a delicious arroz/paella tapa will set you back only a couple of euros: http://azahar-sevilla.com/sevilletap...2/03/el-cairo/

And Azahar knows what there is to know about tapas bars and restaurants in Sevilla. Plenty of excellent places close to the 1146871 apt. http://azahar-sevilla.com/sevilletap...urants/arenal/

You'll love Sevilla in April. If you're staying in Arenal you won't want to miss the restaurant/tapas bar Enrique Becerra.

We were looking for somewhere to stay over the Christmas holidays and I think that you have hit upon someplace that we are very much interested in-thanks for the thread!

I reserved "your apartment" for the time before Christmas and am very excited as it looks wonderful-thanks so much. I looked at so many but kept coming back to that one so was thrilled that it was still available for our time to Seville!
