You can get really cheap tickets on Austrian Airlines now (around €200 return LJU-ATH), and Czech is also fairly cheap depending on the dates. Slovenia's nation carrier, Adria, is the only one that currently flies direct, but you'll have to pay closer to €300 for the privilege.
