I love seeing the shipboard webcams. When I used to teach at the university, we used a variety of shipboard cams on our website for the students to be able to see various conditions and locations from around the world. I taught the integration of Math, Science and Technology.

I took this trip in Dec. 2009. Wonderful - yes dark since it was winter, but still wonderful. Great viewing the scenery again.

I took the trip in February - my husband followed me on the ship's webcam. I shall have a look at the live streaming. Thanks for telling us about it.

Tomorrow...Sunday around 1pm Eastern Time (19 Central European Time) or so starting with Stamsund...the boat reaches the Lofoten Islands. This and the hours afterward will be a real scenic highlight of the trip!!! It will be in the evening, but I think there will still be plenty of daylight this time of year in Norway.

Daylight almost 24/7 this far north, and we hope to see the midnight sun tomorrow. Spectacular program!

I tried to capture the thing but it was too big. On a mac you can start at the beginning, then hit cmd-option-a then double clic on the biggest file... if anyone has the terrabytes.
