Any recommendations for a limo service to get me from Madrid Barajas airport to Madrid? I tried Viator because they seem reliable (I read that "limos" are not legit). Unfortunately Viator will only deliver passengers to a hotel and I am staying in an apartment. They said they could drop me at a hotel nearby, but that's not the point of a limo service.
I know I could take public transit or a taxi but when we were in Paris, it was amazing how nice it was just to have someone holding a sign after so many hours of travel, and then delivering us to our door.

Sorry,I dont't know a limo service . I also know how nice it feels- we had it in Rome.
Madrid airport is not that far from the city...taxi ( if you don't find a limo service) would be about 30 - 35
euros.
Have a look at Cabify.
It is true that private hire is not allowed in Spain. All hired vehicles come under the same law. This governs the use of Taxis and buses.
A lot of Taxis use Mercedes cars.

However I cannot vouch for the service they provide.
Thanks so much for all of your responses. I'll check them out. I'm not looking necessarily for fancy, just not shared. Thanks again!
