If you have loved Paris, you would love so many places in France - the Loire Valley, Provence, Normandy. But my heart belongs to Italy. We try to go to Italy every second trip, alternating with another part of Europe in between. While I have never been to a city or country in Europe that I didn't enjoy, it is always great to return to Italy. Italy is wonderful in the early spring, especially Rome and southern Italy.

Hi Linda,
In early spring, Italy will be warmer than France and northern Europe.

You just need a process.

Start with a list of the ten most appealing places:

Italy, Italy, Italy, Northern Italy, Italy, Countryside Italy, Italy, Historic Italy, Italy in springtime and Italy.

Okay, now see if you can figure out what to do next.

Best wishes,

Rex
What did you love about Paris? Shopping? Museums? Architecture? Restaurants? You didn't say (loved it) about Prague or London . . . was there something that you didn't like about those spots?

i would suggest seville in april. you catch feria and sometimes semana santa, two HUGE spanish affairs complete with religious drama, dancing in streets, people up at all hours, ... but take a few lessons in the dance first (las sevillanas) then at least you can fake your way through the first copla.
