Letting agencies in edinburgh

I open this topic to give you my opinion about good and bad letting agencies in Edinburgh...
Good....for instance DJ Alexander, Breamore,...
The worst....for sure FACTOTUM...NEVER..I say NEVER try to let something with them....they'll try to lie to you and to get as much money as possible from you....a totally waste of time...
