Les Restanques - Villafranche

We have started to firm up all our plans for our trip to Italy and France in July. We are still undecided about a hotel in Rome (2 nights) and Siena (1 night). For the rest of our trip, we have decided on the Hotel Madison in Paris (4 nights), Villa Cavalieri, a villa apartment, in Sorrento (7 nights) and an apartment in the building named above in Villefranche (7 nights).

The Les Restanques apartment looks very nice from the website and has lovely views of Cap Ferrat and the sea. I am hoping someone out there may have rented an apartment in this building (there are several shown on various rental websites) and could tell us what you thought of the location. Everything looks great on the internet so I am hoping to get some first hand information from someone out there who may be familiar with this building. Thanks.
