Lebara sim cards for France

Jump to last reply

Hi, trying to load up /recharge the free SIIM cards I received from Lebara.fr for our upcoming visit but not having much luck. I did succeed in activating it but when I put in my credit card information, the site says there was a problem with my credit card or something to that effect. I called Capital One & they don't see any problem on their end. Then I called Lebara & the rep told me their website would not accept a US credit card..
I believe I have read that people on this forum have been able to do it so not sure what I am doing wrong. When I input the address on the credit card screen, it asks for County and I tried both Massachusetts and USA but got the same error. Not sure if that is the problem anyway. Could someone offer any tips? Thanks!
