Le Marche Italy additional help for lodging
I'm just really having a difficult time finding that perfect place to stay in Le Marche. It may have already been suggested, but if anyone has any more feedback to give me, please do so. I posted this on another forum, but will do so here again. Our trip will start in late August. I'm still trying to make up my mind as to where to stay. We love the Tuscany type of rolling patchwork hills and don't want to be in a larger, industrial area, or coastal city, yet want a place with a couple of good typical restaurants. Also looking for a town that could be a base for Marche. I would like to be nearer a small town that has a little life to it. Also high on my list is lodging with beautiful vistas from our room, either a small hotel or b&b. I'd prefer rolling manicured hills over forest or mountains. Does anyone have the place that fits this puzzle. Thanks
PS If this message appears twice, I forgot to put it in the Italy forum before. Sorry

It looks like an interesting place. Have you stayed there? Also in the southern Marche area, I am looking at Offida, Ripastransone, or the Smerillo area(near Amandola) We will want to go out on day trips to see Ascoli Piceno and other towns. Any comments on these towns or the ability to use these as a base for the south? Thanks
