Layover in Paris

Is a 4 hour and 5 minute layover in CDG time enough to leave the airport and do/see anything? If so, what would you recommend?

Thank you in advance.

NO! Between travel time each way; clearing immigration and then having to go through security - I would never do it; you'd have 5 minutes IN Paris.

Sadly, no if you are thinking of going into Paris. It takes about an hour to get to Paris from the airport and then depending on where you are flying to from CDG, you should be back at the airport 2 to 3 hours prior to your scheduled departure. There is a mall (www.aeroville,com) about 2 kilometers from CDG that might work if you just want to get out of the airport.

Absolutely not.

It's not a layover, rather a connection and, depending on your ongoing destination, one that's "comfortable" versus rushed and stressful.

You probably won't have time to get to the new mall and back. At least, I wouldn't risk it.

Absolutely not. that might even be a tight connection depending on the flights and how often the incoming flight is late.
