Layout of Italian Train Stations

Hi all,

Just thought that this might be of interest to those traveling by train.

If you go to
http://www.romatermini.it/indexf.cfm

you will be able to bring up a map of the Rama TE station.

The crawl at the bottom links you to 13 major train stations in Italy.

Ira;
Wow, what a helpful website - thanks for sharing. Take a beer out of petty cash
I couldn't get it to download the map of Roma TE, however. The links to the other stations will come in very handy!

Hi PNW,

Is it that it wouldn't download at all or that it sent you a .zip file which you can't open?

This is great information. Each of the websites for the 13 major Italian train stations shows local bus lines which transit through or originate at, the train station, as well as AIRPORT BUS CONNECTIONS. There is also information about restaurants, bars, cafes, gift shops, newsstands, information booths, police facilities, etc. for each station.

Thank you - very helpful information. I saved it on my "Favorites." The music was pretty good too!

When I went into "Termini areas" and clicked on "download the maps in pdf" nothing happened at all!

Hi pnw,

You have to download the maps individually. You will get a .zip file which you will have to open with an unzip utility.

Ira: Thanks a million! Great site. Just added it to the train section in my favorites. I'm sure it will come in handy many times in planning future trips.
