Lascaux tickets

Jump to last reply

Hello all. We're going to the Dordogne in April during Easter week (April 25-30th), and I am wondering if we can/should buy tickets ahead of time for the caves. When I look at the website tourisme.vezere, it says that tickets are sold in the town of Montignac only during that time (individual tickets only in July/August) . Does that sound right, and should we get them ahead of time, or just go up that morning.

We're staying in Montfort, just south of Sarlat.

Thanks!
