I have always appreciated all of your insight & wealth of knowledge over the years. This time I am looking for larger apartments in the city centers of the cities listed above for 5 adults and two small children. Ideally, we would all like to be togther, but would be interested in two apartments near each other also. We are thinking 3 nights in each spot. Can anyone help?

Have you tried looking at VRBO? We used them in London once - they have all sorts of dwellings.

Actually, if you do a search in Google for 'Brussels aparthotel' you get a lot more choices - serviced apartments all over the city. You might find it easier to get 2 apartments side by side that way.

We found a bunch of interesting listings at Travel Library, and booked a smallish one for ourselves for a week in Copenhagen.
The booking agents and the owner we've dealt with, all seem very nice and helpful

In Brussels, rue Souveraine, a lot of apartments (more than 20), maybe you can find what you need...ask google for halldis

http://www.hay4you.dk/en/booking.html This is a good firm. They rent out private apartments, while the owners are on holiday themselves. Therefore sometimes they cannot provide you with the exact address before some weeks before your stay.
