Lanzarote - Nautilus or Sands Beach?

Unlikely I know, but just wondering if anyone out there has stayed in the Nautilus or Sands Beach resorts in Lanzarote, and if so, which you preferred (we are planning a 1 week holiday over the Easter break).

We've read the tripadvisor reviews and chatted to the travel agent, but are still unsure which one to pick. If anyone has first hand knowledge that would be much appreciated.
