Lake Como 3 Stretch and 7 Stretch Ferry Tickets
Can anyone explain to me what these ticket terms mean? I'm guessing it is a combination of days and distance. How, do I figure out how many days and the exact distance for each type of ticket?

The word "stretch" only applies to the route. For instance, Bellagio to Como is 6 Stretches, whereas Varenna to Como is 7. In general, longer the distance, the more stretches.
For days, you only have two choices: 1-day or 6-days (Free Circulation). The 3rd choice is per-ride (one-way ticket).
The "Stretch graph" is classic Italian (wtf). It takes a minute to figure out. Even though they try their best to explain how to use it, it's not intuitive, because you're not sure where the starting point is. Once you figure out that the city names along the right steps matter more than those on the left, you've solved the riddle.
