LA to Stockholm on SAS $97!!

This is an amazing deal. As always, check the fine print. I have flown SAS several times and really like their flights and service. $97 each way includes taxes. I am guessing there are limited dates available but still.... We went to Stockholm in April 2011 and we had beautiful weather.

Even if Stockholm wouldn't be your final destination, you could use it as a starting point in Europe.

I saw this deal and husband and I are seriously considering going, leaving on 3/25.

We can only go for 1 week and would like to do Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo - doable? Can we fit in Northern lights?

Would love your feedback!

US intl transportation tax - $35.60 USD
Passenger Facility Charge - $4.50 USD
Immigration User Fee - $7.00 USD
September 11th security fee - $5.60 USD
Customs user fee - $5.50 USD
Passenger Charge - $18.39 USD
International surcharge - $496.00 USD

I priced it out via Priceline (as the instructions specifically state) and got $222.56 RT, inclusive of all taxes. Helluva deal.

deewaani, with one week you can't do all that and the lights. You need to be far north to see them, and none of the cities you want to visit is far enough north. So either do a city trip or plan to go north in the hope the lights are visible, of which there is of course no guarantee.
If you do a city trip I would pick two of the three, all three would be very rushed.

I priced it out for 3/12 and 3/29 and did get a RT fare of only about $222 with all taxes and fees. Originally, it quoted $410 but then by the time you got to the next page it said $222. There was no such thing as an "international surcharge" as noted above. This is the fare Summary of Charges
Airline Ticket Cost: $142.00 per ticket
Airline Ticket taxes and fees: $80.56 per ticket
Airline Ticket Trip Protection: Declined + Add Now Recommended!
Number of Tickets: 1
Airline Ticket Delivery: $0.00 (Electronic Ticket)
Airfare Subtotal: $222.56
Total Trip CostAll prices are in USD) $222.56

The only thing not included is baggage but internationally, that is free for the first bag.

3/25 is Good Friday, I would check prices and availability of hotels over Easter, as it can be expensive, if not fully booked.
