We stayed at the Saski HOtel in 2003 & really liked it. It is about 1/2 block from Rynek Glowny. Price was reasonable & included a delicious hot breakfast.
Hotel Wentzl - all rooms over look the Cloth Hall and St. Mary's. It is in Rynek Glowny.
BUT, you need to be mobile - no elevator.
