Kos Greece---hike to Dikaion mountain

Our cruise is stopping at Kos Town from 8am to 6pm. We would like to go to Zia and hike to the peak of Dikaion Mountain. Here are my questions:

1)what is the best way to get to Zia? Bus, taxi, scooter, quad? and how long will it take?

2) Does anyone have detailed hike info for this hike such as distance and elevation gain and approximate time it takes to do it.
