Kilkenny on a Sunday in April

Jump to last reply

From what I've read, the Cathedral and Rothe House will be open to visitors on Sunday afternoons, and the Castle will be open for a self guided tour as of 9:30 a.m. I wondered if local shops would be open on a Sunday -- the Design Centre's website wasn't working just now but I read somewhere else that it's open daily. We'd like to do some wandering in addition to the "famous sights" and I just want to make sure some things will be open! Thanks.
