We'll be in Paris for a week with kids ages 9 and 13. They are bright and generally interested in new things. Suggestions?

What time of year?
Sorry--We-re wondering about activities for kids age 9 and 13 in the summer in Paris.
Hoosier, we spent a week with our children in Paris when they were 8 and 13. Granted, it was February, but we didn't completely let the weather control our activities. My report is at http://www.fodors.com/community/europe/another-paris-with-children-trip-report.cfm
There's some good advice here:

Tuileries fountain for sailing miniature boats
Cité de Science and Music Museum in Parc la Villette
Deyrolles
Jardin d'Acclimatation in the Bois de Boulogne
Berthillon and Amorino
Paris Plage (depending on when in summer you're there)
