Kaunas Hotel, Kaunas, Lithuania
We are planning a trip to Lithuania in May. Has anyone stayed at the Kaunas hotel? Do you recommend it or any other place? Was the concierge desk helpful? Thanks. Ellen

We went on a tour of Lithuania and stayed in the Daugirdas hotel in Kaunas. It was the best hotel we stayed on on the whole trip. It is not cheap, but it certainly is good - breakfast, clean rooms, roof top view, near the river etc etc

When I stayed in the Kaunas region, I had a lovely homestay at Nemunastour bed and breakfast; it's so relaxing and peaceful. www.nemunastour.com Linas was a wonderful guide to the region.
