Itinerary help for Rome - 5 days

Jump to last reply

Hello! I am planning on visiting Rome in late September (21-25 to be more specific) and I wanted to know your opinion about my itinerary.

Friday: (from about 12-1 pm)
- Galleria Borghese
- Piazza di Spagna
- Fontana di Trevi

Saturday:
- Vatican Museum + Sistine Chapel
- St. Peter's Basilica + St. Peter's Square
- Castel Sant'Angelo

Sunday:
- Colosseum & Arco di Constantino & Roman Forum & Palatine Hill
- Bocca della Verità
- Trajan’s Column
- Pantheon
- Monument to Vittorio Emanuele II
- Piazza Navona

Monday:
Day trip to Ostia Antica

Tuesday: (until around 2 pm)
- Basilica di San Paolo Fuori le Mura
- Santa Maria Maggiore
- San Giovanni in Laterano
- Basilica di San Clemente
- San Pietro in Vincoli

Is there anything else I should include or something I should skip?
Would you organize the sights in another order?
Thank you in advance!
