Itinerary Help

We are a couple in our early 60's and relatively seasoned travelers and are planning a month long trip to Europe in April of 2016. Places that are must sees are Flower fields in Netherlands, Normandy France for WWII history, Swiss Alps, Vienna, Berlin and Munich also for WWII historical sites and beer of course.. If time allows we may add Prague. I know it might be a bit tight for the month to get all this in, Flying from USA am trying to decide the best route without having to do back tracking, which I may have to do anyway to get optimal viewing for flower fields. My thought was to Start in Berlin and work our way to Netherlands knowing that timing is key for the best flower viewing in Netherlands as we have to head home on May 3rd and waiting to do the flower fields til end of April is too late correct?? So Berlin, Prague, Vienna, Munich, Swiss Alps, Normandy then either fly home from Paris or Amsterdam?? Thanks in advance for the wise suggestions I know I will get from all of your experiences. One more thing....Is the Glacier Express worthwhile considering the cost and time it takes?
