If it were me, I would book an open jaw into Paris, back from Prague, skip Budapest as hanabi suggests, and take the train from place to place (training through the Alps Swiss/Austria is nice). I think it is really doable, and the longer train trips will be a pleasurable bit of relaxation between pounding the pavement in major cities. Just get a large sheet of paper, make long rows of sets of 20 boxes, and fill in different combinations of potential hotel night sequences across each set of 20 boxes (also put in the train travel days to plot out the time you will spend in transit and lose for sightseeing).
"I would leave out Budapest as well, it is really not that different from Prague"
Excuse me?
