Itinerary Croatia/Slovenia/Italy

Jump to last reply

We are planning to travel to these countries in Late September. We are planningto rent a car as we leave Dubrovnik and return it to Ljubljana. Does this itinerary sound okay? Too much? Are we missing someplace fabulous that it is not in the guidebooks?? I have left out Plitvice because we are not hikers. Is it worth driving around? We are going to Lake Bled.

What is involved in getting to Hvar from the mainland, and then back ?? Does anyone know where we can leave our car?

Dubrovnik 3 nights
Mostar 2 nights
Hvar 2 nights
Split 2 nights
Rovinj 2 nights
Ljubljana 3 nights
Lake Bled 2 nights
catch bus to Venice, rent car , drive to Frilui wine area 2 nights
Venice 2 nights ( we have been to Venice previously)
home

Thank you!!
Alison
