Itinerary and lodging help please

My DH and I have a busy few weeks planned in Sept. First 9 days in Morocco then a week hiking in the Algarve. We then have a week to explore more of Portugal. Thinking of flying directly to Porto from Faro, spending two nights then taking train to Lisbon for the other five nights. Question: is two nights enough in Porto? What about five nights being enough time to see Lisbon and also some of the other towns nearby? I have read other posts and trip reports and am confused, some say skip Porto, others must-see. We don't want to be rushed after a busy two plus weeks of travel. I know, what is "enough time" ? More would always be better, but we only have a week.

Is the Pousada Dona Maria in Queluz a good place to stay or would we be better off in a more central area of Lisbon, even if we plan day trips to Sintra and Obidos?

Thanks for any and all suggestions.
