Italy- Starting my quest for "best cheese plates" list. Input please. :)

I love cheese plates. All kinds of cheese with fruit jams, olives, crostini, honey, nuts, etc.

I remembered a trip report from nancythenice from 2010 that described a cheese plate that I couldn't wait to try. That restaurant is first on my list! :)

I just love cheese plates. The best I've had was at Il Chianti in Rome. My mouth waters thinking about it, and it will be the first place I make a reservation at when I get back there! (ALL the food at Il Chianti was terrific, by the way!)

I'm interested in knowing where you had a good/great cheese plate in Italy, as I will be spending a considerable amount of time there..soon. :)
