Italy Hotline (http://www.italyhotline.com) provided two tours for us during our stay in Rome, a day-long tour of the Vatican and Castel St. Angelo and a day-long tour of Ostia Antica. Both tours were wonderful, due in part to our guide, Ann. She gives great tours and has a wonderful sense of humor ~ a necessity with our quirky group. She answered all of our questions and took extra time to show us things that we had expressed an interest in that were additional to the actual tour. She also made a special trip to Ostia Antica prior to our visit to see if there were new/different sites that would add to our experience. The owner of this tour company, Sienna Reid, was extremely responsive to our questions prior to the trip. She kept in touch with us once we were in Italy and has followed up on their service since we’ve come home. This type of care and professionalism added to our enjoyment. When we return to Italy, we will definitely work with Italy Hotline again.

Interesting first-ever post, DrLed87.
I trust you've read the posting guidelines?
Having seen the depth and breadth of the reviews on the web and on their site (http://www.italyhotline.com/reviews.php), I seriously doubt they would have to bother faking it, if, egads, that's what you're suggesting...
Is you first name Raul? Did we meet you in Torre Alfina?
